He shares a series of tragic and humbling life events of being raised in the welfare system by a mother struggling with mental health, that ultimately became a proving ground for the faith, tenacity, and conviction that forged his “unreasonable confidence” to conquer fear, and embrace times of uncertainty and chaos to build winning teams and drive innovation.
